How do I become a member?

Simply register online, complete your KYC verification, and choose the program that best fits your goals.

What are the compliance and ethical expectations for members?

All members must adhere to South African tax laws and financial regulations. Members are expected to act ethically, promoting transparency, fairness, and responsible financial practices. Any fraudulent or unethical behavior can result in immediate account termination and legal action.

When do I get paid?

Payouts are processed weekly, provided your balance meets the minimum withdrawal requirement.

Are my contributions safe?

Yes. All contributions and transactions are managed under regulated financial oversight with full transparency.

What happens if my account is deactivated?

Deactivated members will lose access to exclusive benefits, including the Brand Ambassador program and any accumulated referral commissions. WealthHub Stokvel reserves the right to deactivate accounts that violate club rules and regulations.

Additional Rules and Guidelines

1. Membership Fees Members are charged annual fees, only to cover administrative costs.(if not MyWealthHub members)

2. Withdrawal Restrictions: Although the Stokvel offers flexibility, some minimum partial withdrawal restrictions may apply to maintain fund stability. Your Account must always have a minimum of R 1000 after partial withdrawals.

3. Tax-Free Growth and Flexibility: Our program allows your investment to grow tax-free with the flexibility to make partial withdrawals without incurring costs. Withdrawals are processed within 9 days after submitting the required documents, offering the ideal solution for unexpected financial needs.

4. Dispute Resolution: A clear process will be defined, including mediation and arbitration options.

5. Data Privacy: Members' personal and financial information will be kept strictly confidential per data protection laws.

6. Amendments: WealthHub Stokvel can modify these rules and terms, with reasonable notice given to members.

Adhering to these rules, including a monthly minimum contribution of R 500 and a maximum of R 3000, allows members to maximize benefits while supporting the community's success.
