1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyWealthHub (Pty) Ltd website, platform, marketplace, and related services ("the Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

"MyWealthHub", "we", "us", or "our" refers to MyWealthHub (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in South Africa.

We operate as an online marketplace enabling vendors to list and sell goods and services to customers ("Users").

2. Services provided

MyWealthHub operates an online marketplace that enables independent Vendors to list and sell physical products, digital goods and financial-related services (e.g., insurance quotes). We provide the platform, payment facilitation and dispute support. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, MyWealthHub is not the manufacturer or direct seller of Vendor Products.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors listing on MyWealthHub agree that they:

Are fully responsible for the accuracy of product descriptions
Must honour all warranties, guarantees, and South African consumer laws
Must ensure timely shipping, fulfilment, and customer communication
Will not upload illegal, prohibited, or infringing products

We reserve the right to remove any vendor or product at our discretion.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate information when placing orders
Ensure payment details are valid and authorised
Understand that delivery times vary per vendor
Contact MyWealthHub or the vendor for support when required

5. Privacy & POPIA Compliance

MyWealthHub (Pty) Ltd complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). We collect, store, and process your personal data only for lawful purposes related to order processing, support, and platform operations.

6. Payment Terms

Payment methods include:

Visa / Mastercard / American Express / Diners
Instant EFT
Bank Transfer
Capitec Pay
ABSA Pay

Card transactions are processed via PayFast by Network (PayGate Switch) using SSL encryption. We do not store card details.

7. Marketplace Limitation of Liability

Because we operate as an online marketplace:

Vendors are responsible for product quality, fulfilment, and warranties
MyWealthHub is responsible for platform access, support, and managing disputes
We will assist in resolving disputes but cannot be held liable for direct vendor-related issues beyond our legal obligations.

8. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

Refunds follow our Refund Policy (see section 3 below). Vendors must comply with South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) standards.

9. Delivery / Shipping

Shipping timeframes and methods differ between vendors. Full details in the Shipping Policy (see section 2 below).

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Platform to:

Upload illegal or harmful content
Interfere with website functionality
Commit fraud or unauthorised activity
Misrepresent products or identity

Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform (branding, layout, code, design) belongs to MyWealthHub (Pty) Ltd. Vendors retain ownership of their product content but grant us permission to display it.

12. Variation

MyWealthHub may update these Terms at any time without notice. It is your responsibility to review changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY POLICY – MyWealthHub (Pty) Ltd

1. Order Processing Time

Processing occurs 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed.

Vendors may have different processing times; these will be indicated on product pages where applicable.

2. Delivery Methods

Vendors on MyWealthHub may use:

Courier services
PAXI / Pep Paxi
PostNet
SA Post Office
Direct digital delivery (for digital goods)

Shipping options and costs will appear during checkout.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery within South Africa:

3–7 business days (major cities)
5–10 business days (outlying areas)

Digital products may be delivered instantly via email or dashboard access.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, customers receive:

Tracking number
Courier link
Delivery updates (if provided by vendor)

5. Delivery Restrictions

We currently only deliver to locations within South Africa.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability:

Courier re-delivery fees may apply
Refunds may exclude shipping costs
Vendor may restock and require reorder

7. Marketplace Disclaimer

MyWealthHub facilitates the process but:

Delivery is performed by vendors or external couriers
Delays caused by couriers, strikes, or logistics are outside our control
We will assist in dispute resolution where possible






REFUND & RETURNS POLICY – MyWealthHub (Pty) Ltd

1. General Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

Goods and services are subject to vendor availability. If unavailable:

A full refund will be issued within 30 days

2. Return Window

You may request a return if:

The item is defective
The wrong product was delivered
The product arrives damaged

Return requests must be submitted within:

7 days of receiving the product

3. Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return:

Product must be unused and in original packaging
Proof of purchase must be provided
Damage must be reported within 48 hours if caused during delivery

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following may not be returned unless defective:

Digital goods (downloads, access codes)
Personal care items (e.g. lotions, hygiene products)
Custom-made products
Perishable goods
Financial or quote-based digital services

5. Refund Processing Fees

If a customer cancels an order before shipment:

A cancellation fee of up to 10% may apply
Refunds exclude shipping (unless vendor error)

6. Vendor Responsibilities

Each vendor must:

Honour legal warranties
Provide accurate product descriptions
Replace or refund defective items

MyWealthHub oversees disputes but does not replace items on behalf of vendors.

7. Marketplace Error

If MyWealthHub platform causes the issue (duplicate order, billing error, etc.):

A full refund is provided
No admin fee is charged

8. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued via:

Original payment method (PayFast/PayGate Switch)
EFT to customer's bank account (when applicable)

Refunds may take 3–10 business days, depending on banking processes.
